BOTOX® injections are well-tolerated and effective treatments provided by Dr. Greenwald that can help smooth facial lines and furrows by temporarily relaxing the muscles that cause them. Botox® treatments can be performed in minutes.  The areas to be treated will be numbed prior to your Botox® injections.   After your Botox® treatment, you may resume normal activities. After your treatment, there may be a minor amount of swelling and an occasional bruise. Bruising after Botox® is unusual; however, if aspirin or motrin-like products are used prior to your treatment, a bruise will be more likely.  Other less common side effects of Botox® treatments are brow and eyelid drooping.
